Why family law?
Having taken electives in family law for my degree and LPC, I always felt a draw to it. After gaining invaluable experience as a paralegal in banking and property, I commenced my training contract and upon commencing my first seat in family, I knew it was where I wanted to qualify. By nature, I am caring and personable so being able to utilise these personal traits alongside my technical expertise to help people during what is often one of the most difficult times in their lives, is extremely rewarding and I am able to use my wider experience in property in particular to compliment my expertise.
